At CardAI Studio, we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated cards. However, due to the nature of AI-generated content, we have set specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases.
Understanding AI Limitations
By purchasing credits and using our Service, you acknowledge that AI-generated content has certain inherent limitations. Some of these include, but are not limited to:
- An inability to generate letters or characters accurately.
- The potential for deformed or misinterpreted images or designs.
- Misinterpretation of prompts provided by the user.
You accept these risks when using our Service, and you agree that some results may not meet your exact expectations. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on these limitations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not offered unless under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical Issues: If there is a technical failure on our end that prevents you from using the Service or accessing your AI-generated cards, we may issue a refund or credit based on the extent of the problem.
- Billing Errors: In cases where you have been charged incorrectly or have been overcharged due to a billing error, we will review the issue and provide a refund for any overcharges.
- Duplicate Charges: If you notice a duplicate charge for the same transaction, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, refund the duplicate amount.
Refund Process

- Your name and email associated with the account.
- A detailed description of the issue and why you are requesting a refund.
- Any relevant transaction details, including the date and amount of the purchase.
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5-7 business days and determine if a refund is warranted. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content due to the inherent limitations of AI art.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase of credits or services.
- Partial refunds for used credits.
Stripe Payments
All payments made through Stripe are securely processed. Any disputes or errors related to payments are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. Please refer to Stripe's Refund Policy for more details.
